To reserve your appointment and ensure quality service, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Securing Your Spot:
Your appointment is not confirmed until the $25 deposit has been successfully received.
Cancellations / Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits will be applied toward a future appointment when notice is given within this timeframe.
No-Shows:
Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time. Appointments may be subject to rescheduling or modification if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
We offer complimentary repairs within 5 days for workmanship-related issues only. After that timeframe, repairs will be charged accordingly. Please message us with a photo if you experience any concerns.No refunds on completed nail services
To ensure the health and longevity of your lashes, we have implemented the following policies:
Lash Maintenance & Repairs
We want you to love your lashes. If you experience any issues, we offer a complimentary touch-up for any retention concerns within 5 days of your original appointment. Please contact us immediately so we can schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
No “Foreign Fills”
For the health and safety of your natural lashes, we do not perform “foreign fills,” which refers to refilling lash work done by another salon. If you have lash extensions applied elsewhere, you will need to book a Full Set appointment.
Fill Requirements
A “fill” is defined as maintenance performed within 3 weeks of your last appointment. Any appointment scheduled past the 4-week mark will be charged as a Full Set, as the integrity of the remaining extensions is often compromised and requires significantly more time to correct.
